Franco Uomo on Santana Row is not a traditional retail store. We create custom clothing made-to-order and sell our ready-to-wear collection designed for Special Events and Occasions.

Our exchange and cancellation policies are unique to our service and store. We make a good faith and best effort to serve the needs of our clients and and ask that respect, understanding, and honesty remain mutual.

In-Store Exchanges

Can I Return my merchandise for a refund?

Franco Uomo’s Ready-To-Wear Collection is designed for special events and occasions in mind. We do not provide a rental service and as such, any returns are for exchange only and must be unaltered, unworn, and returned within 7 days.

Our stylist will personally work with you to determine your needs and help you find a better option for your special event and occasion.

What if I am not ready to exchange or pick another product out?

Franco Uomo will make every best effort to accommodate you. If your needs changed after your purchase or if you are unsatisfied with our offering, we can process your exchange as store credit applied to your account for another occasion and date that our product is better suited for.

Custom Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my custom order?

Franco Uomo will make every effort to accommodate and serve your needs, including making changes to your order if possible.

If for some reason you would like to cancel your order, your custom order can only be cancelled if the fabric has not been cut and the production has not started. Sometimes fabric is cut within 24 hours and sometimes it can take up to a week.

If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a refund for your entire order minus a $250 Style Consultation Fee.
